Sharing the recently discovered Gene Krupa drum collection, with the world.
Gene Krupa's Floor Tom
SOLD
Gene Krupa's 16" x 16" white marine pearl floor tom, made in the late 1950's to early 1960's can be seen when Gene is playing this actual drum in the basement of his Yonkers, NY home in the documentry film, "Born To Swing". This drum was found with the original drum heads and inside its original fiber case. There is an unknown substance on the shell that appears to be blood stains. Everything is as I had found it from the day this collection was purchased. It is tuned perfectly for "Sing, Sing, Sing" Very Rare!
Each sale will be accompanied by a Certificate Of Authenticity, and all items sold will remain on mcaulaydrums.com as a source to show their provenance.
